FOOD & BEVERAGES PG Retreat 2008
See Menus below
The Glen Eyrie Conference Center is responsible for the quality and freshness of the food served to our guests. All food and beverages served at the Glen Eyrie Conference Center must be prepared by their culinary staff. Guests are prohibited from bringing food onto the property for the consumption of other guests. Guests whose diet requires food items not readily available at Glen Eyrie may bring preprepared food items for their personal consumption. Due to insurance regulations, food may not be taken off the premises after it has been prepared and served.
GLEN EYRIE IS ALCOHOL-FREE AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS.
Medically Necessary Dietary Needs
Informing Glen Eyrie of all medically necessary dietary needs for concerns such as diabetes, lactose intolerance or severe food allergies will help them to make your stay more enjoyable. They are also able to accommodate vegetarian diets. Unfortunately, they are unable to meet special diets that are a matter of personal preference, such as low-carb or no-fat diets. You are welcome to bring pre-prepared foods that meet your personal dietary needs, such as gluten- or dairy-free products.
It is the responsibility of each guest to manage his/her diet. As a matter of healthy and safety, guests with medically necessary dietary needs, particularly those with severe allergies, should speak with their dining server at EACH MEAL to confirm that their dietary needs have been addressed.
Please complete this Medically Necessary Dietary Needs form and submit it to the conference organizer at contact@pgretreat.com.
